Take Junction 12 off the M53, follow signs for Chester A56 at the roundabout. You will see Hoole Hall Hotel on your left side and at this roundabout go straight across still on A56.Travel 0.6miles along Hoole Road heading towards Chester City Centre.Upon passing All Saints Church on your left take the next right turn (signed Newton) into Newton Lane.Chester Brooklands Non Smoking Guest House is found 150 metres on the right hand side with a regular Bus service (Bus 53) every 10 minutes outside the premises.
